"We had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie on a home purchase, and we'd be very excited to work with her again. 2021 was arguably the most stressful time to buy a home in recent memory, particularly as out-of-town buyers, but Stephanie made this process as seamless as possible. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the market was incredibly responsive, communicated well, and regularly made herself available for showings on short notice. Even during tricky situations, Stephanie remained upbeat and supported us every step of the way. The aforementioned were some of the "softer" dimensions that made Stephanie a pleasure to work with, but what impressed us and in our view, really made a difference was her attention to detail and the creative solutions that she regularly came up with. During our first set of in-person showings, it became quite apparent that Stephanie has excellent recall ability she can keep track of and remember details about specific homes in a way that most people cannot.
